Mixed Vegetables Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (chopped or grated)
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Boil the vegetables till tender, with half the quantity of salt.
- Mix the boiled vegetables curd, coriander leaves and salt till well combined.
- Heat ghee and fry the seasoning ingredients. Pour it over the curd and mix the contents thoroughly.
