Mixed Vegetables Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (chopped or grated)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds

Method

    1. Boil the vegetables till tender, with half the quantity of salt.
    2. Mix the boiled vegetables curd, coriander leaves and salt till well combined.
    3. Heat ghee and fry the seasoning ingredients. Pour it over the curd and mix the contents thoroughly.
