Mixed Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables chopped or shreaded (cabbage, peas, beans, carrot, cucumber, capsicum)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 flakes garlic
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 tsp tamarind juice

For Garnishing

  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Grind the garlic, ginger, green chili and the tamarind juice
  2. Mix the juice and the salt till well combined.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a serving dish and pour the juice over it. Toss the vegetables till thoroughly coated.
  4. Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds.
