Sprout Salad

Ingredient

  • 1 cup mixed sprouts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 ginger juice
  • 1 Onion, minced

For Garnishing

  • 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp curry leaves, roasted

Method

  1. Pressure cook sprouts with the required amount of salt.
  2. Drain and reserve the liquid for use in another recipe.
  3. Place the sprouts on a serving dish and over it pour the lime juice and the ginger juice and toss the sprouts thoroughly.
  4. Spread over it the minced onion
  5. Serve garnished with mint and curry leaves.
