Bitter Gourd Bonanza
Ingredients
- 2 bitter gourds
- I tsp coriander and cumin powder
- A pinch of red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- I tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Wash, peel and chop the bitter gourds.
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the bitter gourd and fry on slow fire till tender.
- Add salt, coriander-cumin powder and red chili powder.
- Mix the contents thoroughly.
