Bottle Gourd Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup bottle gourd cubes
- 2 tsp moong dal
- 2 tsp coriander dal, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the vegetable, dal, masala paste, coriander leaves and the salt.
- Add a little quantity of water, cover the pan with the lid and cook on slow tire till the Contents are tender and dry.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati.
