Broad Bean Curry
Ingredients
- I cap broad beans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Method
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the ground paste, vegetable and salt along with a little quantity of water and cook till the vegetable is tender.
- Serve with rice or chapati.
