Cauliflower Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower florettes
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp mint leaves paste
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
- 1 green chili, minced
Method
- Soak the cauliflower florettes in the turmeric water for some time and drain.
- Mix the vegetable and salt and cook till tender and dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Add the cooked vegetable, mint leaves paste and garam masala powder, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes.
