Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower florettes
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp mint leaves paste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
  • 1 green chili, minced

Method

  1. Soak the cauliflower florettes in the turmeric water for some time and drain.
  2. Mix the vegetable and salt and cook till tender and dry.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Add the cooked vegetable, mint leaves paste and garam masala powder, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes.
