Chauli Curry
Ingredients
- 2 cups chauli, chopped
- I onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- I tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
- 1 red chili, broken into pieces.
Method
- Pressure cook the green vegetable along with the salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Add the chopped onion and fry.
- Finally stir in the green vegetable and cook till the contents are dry.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
