Cluster Bean Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup cluster beans, chopped
- 4 tsp mixed dais
- 2 red chilies
- 1 onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Pressure cook the vegetable with the half the quantity of salt.
- Soak the dais and the chilies for an hour.
- Grind it with the remaining quantity of salt and onion to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil and fry the ground paste, with occasional stirring till light brown.
- Now stir in the cooked vegetable, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve with rice or chapatti.
