Cluster Bean Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cluster beans, chopped
  • 4 tsp mixed dais
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

    1. Pressure cook the vegetable with the half the quantity of salt.
    2. Soak the dais and the chilies for an hour.
    3. Grind it with the remaining quantity of salt and onion to a smooth paste.
    4. Heat oil and fry the ground paste, with occasional stirring till light brown.
    5. Now stir in the cooked vegetable, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for 1 minute.
    6. Serve with rice or chapatti.
