Ladyfinger Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup lady finger, sliced
- 2 Onions, chopped finely
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder or sambhar powder
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the lady finger and the onion along with the salt and sprinkle a little water over it. Cover the pan with a lid and cook with occasional stirring till the contents are tender and dry. Add chilli or sambhar powder, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes.
