Methi Mushroom Curry
Ingredients
- 10 button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup methi leaves, chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 t gait
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 green chili, minced
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the Seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the chopped mushrooms, methi leaves, chopped tomatoes, garam masala powder and salt along with a little quantity of water. Cook till the contents are tender and dry.
