Methi Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

  • 10 button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup methi leaves, chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 t gait

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 green chili, minced

Method

    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Seasoning ingredients.
    2. Stir in the chopped mushrooms, methi leaves, chopped tomatoes, garam masala powder and salt along with a little quantity of water. Cook till the contents are tender and dry.
