Mixed Vegetable Curry
Ingredients
- 4-5 cauliflower florets
- 2 tsp carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tsp beans, chopped
- 2 tsp capsidums, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- I tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mixture of ajwain, kalonji and mustard
Method
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the masala paste, vegetables, salt and a little quantity of water. Cover the pan with the lid and cook on a slow fire till the contents are tender.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati.
