Mixed Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tsp beans, chopped
  • 2 tsp capsidums, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Seasoning

  • I tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mixture of ajwain, kalonji and mustard

Method

    1. Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
    2. Stir in the masala paste, vegetables, salt and a little quantity of water. Cover the pan with the lid and cook on a slow fire till the contents are tender.
    3. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
