Onion Curry
h2>Ingredients
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- A pinch of chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients
- Add onion and other ingredients.
- Cover the pan with the lid and cook on slow fire, with constant stirring till the onion is slightly tender.
- Serve with rice or chapatti.
