Onion Curry

h2>Ingredients
  • 2 cups onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds

Method

  1. Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients
  2. Add onion and other ingredients.
  3. Cover the pan with the lid and cook on slow fire, with constant stirring till the onion is slightly tender.
  4. Serve with rice or chapatti.
