Paneer Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp curry leaves

Method

    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
    2. Stir in the paneer, salt and the garam masala powder.
    3. Cover the pan with the lid and cook on a slow fire, with occasional stirring, for 5-10 minutes.
    4. Serve with chapati or bread.
