Paneer Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup paneer
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
- 1 tsp curry leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the paneer, salt and the garam masala powder.
- Cover the pan with the lid and cook on a slow fire, with occasional stirring, for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with chapati or bread.
