Radish Leaf Curry
Ingredients
- 1 bunch radish leaves along with the tender radish, chopped
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chill paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the chopped radish leaves along with turmeric powder, masala paste, salt and little quantity of water cover the pan with the lid and cook on slow fire till the vegetable is tender and dry.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
