Snake Gourd Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup snake gourd, sliced
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp mint leaves paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mad dal
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Method
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Add vegetable and the remaining ingredients along with a little quantity of water and cook till the vegetable is tender and dry.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
