Tondli Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tondli, sliced
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder or sambhar powder

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds

Method

    1. Mix the tondli slices, turmeric powder and salt till well combined Pressure cook.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
    3. Add the cooked vegetable, chili or sambhar powder, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes on a slow fire.
    4. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
