Tondli Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup tondli, sliced
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder or sambhar powder
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Mix the tondli slices, turmeric powder and salt till well combined Pressure cook.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Add the cooked vegetable, chili or sambhar powder, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes on a slow fire.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
