Tondli-N-Onion Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tondli, cut into thin strips
  • 2 onions, cut into thin slices
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin and mustard seeds

Method

    1. Mix the tondli strips, onion strips, turmeric powder, salt till well combined and pressure cook.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
    3. Stir in the masala paste and fry.
    4. Finally add the cooked vegetable, mix the contents thoroughly cover the pan with the lid and cook for few more minutes.
