Tondli-N-Onion Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup tondli, cut into thin strips
- 2 onions, cut into thin slices
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
Method
- Mix the tondli strips, onion strips, turmeric powder, salt till well combined and pressure cook.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the masala paste and fry.
- Finally add the cooked vegetable, mix the contents thoroughly cover the pan with the lid and cook for few more minutes.
